Early in my career, I discovered that when teams lack resources, systems, and assets, achieving goals efficiently becomes a challenge. My approach involves identifying gaps, assessing the financial impact, and strategically prioritizing solutions. I thrive on partnering with leaders who are driven to reach these outcomes.

My career has spanned diverse brands and industries, including CorePower Yoga, Procter & Gamble, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Coors, Beaver Creek Resort, PostNet International Franchise Corporation, Cherry Creek North BID, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Four years ago, I transitioned from Corporate America to focus entirely on organizational strategy, dedicating myself to helping companies achieve peak efficiency and effectiveness.

I have called Colorado home for nearly 30 years! I love the outdoors (when it's warm), traveling, and enjoying a good bottle of wine with friends and family. I reside in Denver with my hubby of 20 years, James, and our two tiny pups who rule our world.
